- Notice of the Governments intent to award a firm-fixed price contract to Joint Base Elemendorf Richardson (JBER) Lodging for lodging services in support of an Army training exercise at JBER, Alaska. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract was based upon security requirements pertaining to this exercise is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
