- Description
- Lovell FHCC This requirement is for Patient Appointment Services for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, Great Lakes, IL; formerly known as Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes. Currently 40,086 appointing transactions are performed per year at this MTF. The Contractor shall be required to make appointments, call patients and reschedule and/or cancel appointments, and correct appointment booking errors. The Contractor shall supply the appropriate telephony equipment and access to 1-800-941-4501 (for patient continuity) to support/receive telephone appointment calls for the estimated 40,800 appointments to be booked by the contractor in the upcoming year. The Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday, from 0700 to 1700 hours. The period of performance is October 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011. The Contracting Officer is Ms. Dora A.
