- Tidewater MSM The requirement is for Patient Appointment Services for for the Tidewater Multi-Service Market (MSM), Portsmouth, VA. The Tidewater MSM, consists of the following Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs): Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth (NMCP) 1st Medical Group (Portsmouth, Virginia); 633rd Medical Group, (Langley Air Force Base, Virginia); McDonald Army Health Clinic (Fort Eustis, Virginia); Kenner Army Health Clinic (Fort Lee, Virginia); and branch medical clinics for the above locations. Currently 682,990 appointing transactions are performed per year at these four MTFs. The Contractor shall be required to make 100% of the primary care appointments and specialty appointments available, and also reschedule and/or cancel appointments as well as correct appointment booking errors. Appointments shall be made via the MTF provided appointing criteria and business rules. The Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday (0600 - 2100) and Saturday/Sunday/ Federal Holidays (0700 - 1530). The period of performance is October 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.
