Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT U.S. General Services Administration Seeks Leased Office Space In Fort Lee, NJ The U.S. General Services Administration seeks to lease approximately 34,892 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 30,341 to a maximum of 31,855 contiguous class ‘A' ANSI/BOMA Office square feet (ABOASF) along with one hundred sixty-five (165) reserved covered parking spaces. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years and five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The Government may terminate this lease anytime after the fifth (5th) year upon ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Security and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Palisade Avenue to Dean Street South: West Homestead Avenue to River Road East: River Road to Palisades Avenue West: Palisade Avenue to West Homestead Avenue Other requirements: • 24/7 access is required for the entire space including parking area. • Public transportation is required within 5 blocks. • All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
