- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oregon City: Portland Delineated Area: Portland, Central Business Area Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000 Space Type: Office, Courtrooms Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: Floor plate must be a minimum of 20,000 RSF; building must be seismically compliant. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
