- Bay Pines VA Health Care System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida 33744, is seeking professional Home Oxygen services and supplies for beneficiaries of the Bay Pines VA Health Care System, Florida. Contract services shall be extended to patients managed in their home environment and may extend to veteran patients in the following counties: Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota. Distribution to patients on the Bay Pines Home Oxygen Program will vary from month to month as patients are added or deleted from the program. This is 100 percent set aside for Small Business concerns and award of a firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov, to be considered for award. Also, ensure current annual Representations and Certifications are filed on line at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 14, 2010, with a closing date of October 22, 2010 at 4:00 PM. All information for this solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOps which may be issued to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 532291.
