Approved source are: WEBA, Inc, CAGE 00459, Capy Machine, CAGE 0BVP9, Design/OL, Inc, CAGE 0R2T5, Nordam, CAGE 29957, Alken Ind, CAGE 57563, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 57563, Northwest Machining, CAGE 9J448. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor.
