- PR IQC10280009014. This solicitation will contain NSN 5865-01-214-3288 and NSN 5865-00-421-7641. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0024, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated August 23, 2010, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for these NSNs. NSNs are not Critical Safety Items per SAP review on October 12, 2010. NSN 5865-01-214-3288, Antenna Countermeasures Required delivery is 30 DARO. Approved source is CAGE 00752, P/N 422124-1. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 12 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 3 EA and applies to the base year only. NSN 5865-00-421-7641, Antenna, Special Required delivery is 30 DARO. Approved source is CAGE 00752, P/N 363921-1. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 24 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 6 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal cost and pricing data is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 12, 2010. Solicitation issue date is October 27, 2010. Solicitation closing date is November 26, 2010. The estimated award date is February 11, 2011.
