- NASA/GRC is hereby soliciting information about potential sources for the GlennEngineering and Scientific Support Contract 3 (GESS 3.) These requirements includetechnical tasks in support of GRCs Directorates (aeronautics, exploration systems,engineering, space science, space propulsion and space operations, among others.) Pleasesee attached Draft GESS 3 Statement of Work.Estimated award date for this contract is FALL 2011. Estimated award amount is $50 - $60million annually. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If asolicitation is released in the future it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on theNASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offerors responsibility tomonitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet theabove requirement should submit a capability statement of 15 pages or less indicatingtheir ability to perform to the Draft SOW. Include in your response the informationbelow:Name and address of firm, size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years andnumber of employees; current provisionally approved, (or commercially audited) overheadrates (LBOH, OH, G&A); ownership; whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged,8(a), HUBZone, and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affiliate information: parent company, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potentialprime); list of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant workperformed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement; and pointof contact - address and phone number,) and overall capabilities.Contract Technical questions should be directed to: Irene Cierchacki Irene.Cierchacki-1@nasa.gov216-43-6036 Procurement related questions should be directed to: Leahmarie StervagiLeahmarie.Stervagi-1@nasa.gov 216-433-2137Please advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-typeproduct.
