- **ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, CCAM-AL-L, FAX NUMBER 256-842-7629. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 3110-01-033-8647, PRON: AX0J0009, P/N 206-040-036-5, NOUN: Bearing, Ball, Annula, Quantity: 53 each minimum/553 each maximum 3 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to BP, OH-58A and OH-58C. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage 97499 and SKF USA Inc., Cage 38443. Required delivery with First Article (FA) Testing is 53 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA), 240 DACA without FA test, and 300 DACA with Alternate II. The restriction is because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
