- MODIFICATION - NONCONTIGUOUS SPACE LOCATED ON ONE FLOOR PERMISSABLE The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 10,376 rentable square feet of office space in Port Saint Lucie, FL within the following: North: Midway Rd. to Citrus then South to Saeger South: SW Gatlin Blvd/SW/SE Port St Lucie Blvd East: US Hwy 1 West: Interstate 95 The space should yield approximately, but no less than, 9,023 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and approximately 10,376 rentable square feet. The space may be non-contiguous, but the space must be all located on the same floor. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully-serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
