- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head Division has a requirement for the manufacture, delivery and assembly of two (2) MK 129 Roll Stand Assemblies for the Standard Missile Program with a standard lead time of 12 weeks ARO. The NAICS Code is 332995; No. of Employees: 500. The FSC Code is 1398. This requirement is planned as a non-competitive, non-commercial Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a minimum order quantity of two (2) MK 129 Roll Stand Assemblies. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (b) (2) with Bent River Machine, Inc., 951 Rio Torcido, Clarkdale, Arizona, 86324-2316. It has been determined that the MK 129 Role Stand Assembly Drawings are proprietary to Raytheon, who has authorized only Bent River Machine, Inc. to manufacture these items. The proprietary property is not available from the government to be provided for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. However, all responses must be submitted within 5 business days after date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. The Offeror must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the services and/or items. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, and/or the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ for any additional amendments that may be issued.
