- TITLE: 1650, TRANSDUCER; F-18 AIRCRAFT; WSIC: F PR: 0025876163, ISSUE DATE: 22 OCT 2010; CLOSING DATE: 21 NOV 2010 NSN: 1650-01-142-4289; PR: 0025876163; Item: Transducer; P/N: 72675. The item intended sources is: Parker-Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 93835) P/N 72675. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Parker-Hannifin Corporation (CAGE 93835) P/N 72675. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for 24 each via a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) against basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00383-07-G-006H. Any manufacturer, other than Parker-Hannifin Corporation, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must request a copy of the RFP directly to Acquisition Specialist along with a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply: FOB: ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance: ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070. The production delivery will be 205 days from date of award (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The letter solicitation issue date will be October 27, 2010 with a closing date of November 26, 2010. A copy of the solicitation letter will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
