- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO STEVEN ALLISON. You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-CH-A (Bldg 5678), Steven Allison, Contract Specialist, FAX number 256-876-9066 or Charles Malone, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-876-9066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. This effort is sole source to Honeywell Incorporated, 111 South 34th St, Phoenix AZ 85072-2181 (CAGE 99193). Authority and justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. The proposed effort is for the acquisition of 51 each T55-GA-714A Engines and 51 each T55-GA-714A Field Kits in support of both US Army and Foreign Military Sales customers. The proposed acquisition will also include 51 each T55-GA-714A Containers. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The proposed procurement will cover a one year period, for fiscal year FY 11. The proposed contract action is for services/supplies for which the Government does not have adequate data available to permit full and open competition. Firms that can accomplish the above requirement are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer and provide supporting evidence to permit participation in current and future solicitations.
