This is a fully and openly competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 260 days ARO or less. Export Control tech data package is available. Boeing Rights Guard. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available.
