- Sharp Copiers The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the Sharp Electronics Corporation to renew the lease of forty-three copiers, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination not to compete this requirement is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420, business size standard is $25M. This notice IS NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all offers received no later than 19 October 2010, 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in offer preparation. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
