- This publication serves as notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis, specialized Henrikson lifting hooks for hydrographic survey launches for the NOAA Ship Rainier. HMKST 8.0, MOB-Hook, WLL 8.0T HH0000, 4 each Bolts w/locknuts - HMK 5-8, M30x110 HH000516, 4 each HSLFC 8.0, Swivel Joint, WLL 8.0T HH003093, 2 each HSL 8.0, 30mm holes, Swivel Joint, WLL 8.0T HH003324, 2 each Bolts w/locknuts - HSL 8, M30x90 HH000687, 4 each, from Scan Pacific Northwest LLC. Authority for sole-source purchase is 41 USC 253 (c) (1) only one responsible source and no other source will satify agency needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000 **** The Westren Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registey (CCR) as of October 1, 2003.
