- The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division awarded an undefinitized contract action to VSD, LLC on a non-competitive, unusual & compelling urgency basis, to fulfill a critical training requirement on behalf of the Iraqi Navy. The effort is for 60 Meter Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) training comprised of (1) 4 training simulators (Full Mission Bridge Simulator with integrated 30mm Fire Control Simulator, Engine Room Simulator, and Small Arms Simulator) and (2) OSV specific training inclusive of course/curriculum development, execution of the training curricula and other related tasks. The Justification and Approval (#10-401) for this sole source award will be posted in a separate notice.
