- PWS The 42nd Contracting Sqaudron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center to provide Air Force Law Enforcement Terminal System (AFLETS) access for a period of 12 Months to the 42nd Security Forces Squadron. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, they must respond to this notice before 10/17/2010 at 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). If no response are received by the above referenced date/time a sole source contract will be awarded to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center. Contract award is subject to the availabilty of funds.
