- The purpose of this posting is for the presolicitation of RFP #: 101210 for the following services: Provide an engineering design, prepare a construction specification and related drawings for the installation of a secondary hot water boiler (approximately 350 boiler horsepower) for the Central Utility Plant at the Linac Coherent Light Source (LCLS), SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. The Scope of Work is for the system's design, including but not limited to, equipment sizing and selection, piping and electrical design/layout, roof penetration design, and controls to integrate the new boiler into the existing facility DDC system. Currently this is the only information available for the project.
