- The purpose of this RFI amendment is to provide additional questions and answers. The initial set of 39 questions and answers was provided as an attachment to the September 27, 2010 RFI amendment. The second set of questions and answers is attached to provide responses to questions received subsequent to the Industry Day briefing on September 13, 2010. All questions received to date have been answered in either the first or second set of questions and answers. Additionally, as noted in the October 8, 2010 RFI amendment, the response deadline has been extended to October 26, 2010 at 5:00 PM Central time. This RFI amendment makes no further change to this response date. There are no other changes to previously published information.
