- The U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate, on an other than full and open basis, under the Authority of FAR Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, with the University of California, Berkeley, for annual fees for association membership and software utilization of CASES. The estimated value of the contract is between $43,000.00 and $52,000.00.
