- NOTICE OF INTENT The 802 Contracting Squadron, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Nuance Communications (Period of Performance is 12 Jan 2010 thru 11 Jan 2011), located at 3984 Pesi Cola Drive, Melbourne, FL 32934 for service on the following equipment: Microphone USB Non Scanner Microphone USB Non Scanner Power Mic CompactDisc Recordable Kit Corrections USB Powerscribe License correction editor PE Lic Self edit pkg concurrent Lic Physician concurrent SW V4.7SPI-B WEB Server PSW2 Lic Runtime SQL2K SE ISV1-PRO Modem 56K external 5686E V.92 Kit SW Norton antiviros busin ed Kit SW PC anywhere host Server PS TELP WKST DL360G5 SAS License Recognition Server SW License Powerexp SW Custom License API Server License Fee This procurement is for 12-months Service for Preventive Maintenance and Repair support on Nuance Dictaphone System Software and Hardware. Nuance Communications has sole proprietary of software and services which must be provided by Nuance certified technicians. Support may be provided help desk or by having a technician on site as the situation may warrant. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811212 and the size standard is 25M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, vendors believing that they can provide equal or better service may submit in writing a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offereors bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the service required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
