- Justification and Approval This Justification and Approval is for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The National Capital Contracting Center is exercising the Option to Extend Services in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 under contract W91-QUZ-07-D-0027-0008 Carlson Wagonlit Government Travel. The Government can extend the option for up to six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The Government is extending services effective October 1, 2010 through 31 March 2011. See attached Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition, control number JA-10_0398 for details.
