- This contract is for the continued Contractor Logistics Sustainment and Support (CLSS) services for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Family of Vehicles (FOV) which includes the Route Clearance Vehicles (RCV) and U.S. Army Special Operational Command (USSOCOM) vehicles. The Time and Materials contract will be structured as a five month base period and six month option. It is our intention to negotiate only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, but any proposal received will be considered. ManTech International Corporation
