- NOTICE OF INTENT 65 The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to McKesson Technologies Inc., 5995 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia 30005 for the purchase of 1 year of Horizon Surgical Manager Software Maintenance to inlcude patient tracking, perioperative charting and physiological recording modules. McKesson Technologies Inc. is the proprietary vendor and sole provider of maintenance of their software, which is consistently used by Wilford Hall Medical Center. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
