- This is a commercial item acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This acquisition is for the Industrial Hygiene Services. The solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) set-aside. NAICS Code: 541620, Size Standard: $7 Million. The contractor shall provide Industrial Hygiene services for Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center Washington, DC (DC VAMC). The contractor shall possess all licenses, accreditations and certificates as required by local, state and federal law. The contract period will consist of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract. Offers will be considered from all responsive, responsible offerors as determined by the Contracting Officer in accordance with FAR 9.104. The electronic solicitation for RFP VA-245-10-RP-0307 may be downloaded at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the FBO website without further notices from the DC VAMC. Interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
