- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Seagoville, Seagoville, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05141100001 to make a single award to a responsible quoter for the provision of Catholic Deacon to carry out Catholic worship services for the inmate population at the FCI, FDC, and FPC. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 167 sessions. A session is defined as a one and a half (1 1/2) hour period. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of one (1) twelve month base year and four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813110. The solicitation will be available on or about October 14, 20109 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The estimated date for receipt of offers is October 29, 2010.
