- SYNOPSIS for W56HZV10-R-0532 NOTE: ONLY CONTRACTORS THAT HAVE CURRENT DRAWINGS FOR THE NSN/PART NUMBERS LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION ARE TO RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION. DRAWINGS/TDP FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The items to procure are for a Tool Kit, P/N: LS1046416, Noun: Sling, CPV Lifting, P/N: LS1045156, Noun: Tool, Main Gun in Battery, P/N: LS1043620, Noun: Tool, Replenisher Lifting, P/N: LS1045793, Noun: Tool, Spline, Traverse Mechanism, P/N LS1056331, Noun: Tool, Main Gun Out of Battery. The contract quantity is 15 of each part. There will be a 100% option which the Government may exercise at any time up to 365 days after the date of the final delivery. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 28 OCTOBER 2010. Delivery of parts will be 15 weeks after date of award. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issuesue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/opportunity.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
