- Ugandan Infrastrucuture Fund Feasibility Study: Pre-Solicitation Notice The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Uganda, is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Financial Research Firms for the execution of a Feasibility Study of the Ugandan Infrastructure Fund. In addition, all interested parties are encouraged to provide comments on the Statement of Work (Terms of Reference) for this project, shown at Attachment 1 to this notice. There are no limitations to the length or format of these comments, but they must be sent by separate email response to nscott @usaid.gov with a copy to gkyazze@usaid.gov not later than October 27, 2010. The subject line of the email should state "Comments on SOW, UIF Study"
