- This post-award notification for the Chimney Repairs Project in Manchester, NH is made pursuant to FAR 15.503. All SDVOSB vendors were solicited by our contracting office on this RFP through www.FBO.gov. Six vendors submitted a proposal to our office for consideration. One Proposal was Eliminated from the Competitive range. Five proposals were reviewed carefully by the Source Selection Board and by the Contracting Department. This is a Best Value determination, integrating the evaluation of Past Performance, Technical Proposal and Price. Past Performance and Technical are of equal weight, but when combined are significantly more important than is Price. On 09/27/2010, It was determined that KMK Construction presented the best overall value and was awarded this contract in the amount of $208,884.00
