- SF 1449 Solicitation Service Contract Act Wage Determination Scope of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation number is SB1341-11-RQ-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to award a contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and material to provide waste and recycling removal services to the NIST site in Boulder, CO. The performance period of this contract will be from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 with (4) one-year option periods thereafter.
