Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 5. Synopsis: This announcement is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in FAR Subpart 12.603 "Streamlined solicitation for commercial items". Quotations are being requested in response to this notice, and announcement constitutes the only solicitation, as a formal solicitation will not be issued. 6. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ):This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are consistent with those specified in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40. 7. This action is being set aside for small business participation, so certified small businesses need only submit proposals. 8. Bid Schedule/Statement of Work: The National Park Service's (NPS) Upper Delaware Scenic & Recreational River (the "Park") is in need of copier maintenance service for the devices and at the locations explained herein. Contractor will provide a quoted maintenance plan for the following devices, which includes at minimum; all preventative maintenance, service call maintenance, replacement parts, toner, and travel and labor necessary for service. The devices are located at various locations in and around the Park and produce various different volumes, as explained below. The devices, volumes, and locations are as follows: 1. Device: Canon IR 400S, SN: NGQ5848Location: Maintenance Building, 181 Scenic Drive, Lackawaxen, PA 18435Monthly Volume: 5,000 BW 4. Device: Canon IRC2880, SN: JUH02957Location: Zane Grey House, 135 Scenic Drive, Lackawaxen, PA 18435Monthly Volume: 3,000 BW and 4,000 color 5. Proposals:Contractor will provide a cost per copy quote for black and white and color (where applicable) copies that will operate as compensation for maintenance (as defined above) on the applicable device. Contractor must also provide an aggregate annual price for each device for the year running from November 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011, based on the estimated copies provided for each device. Finally, Contractor shall also provide a final aggregate price for all copiers based off the NPS provided estimates. Base year pricing should be prorated due to the shortened service year, ie. the 30 days of non-service. NOTE: quotes that do not provide aggregate pricing will be marked as non-responsive. NPS will only pay for those copies produced monthly on each device. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead or stationary and must include the following information: (1) Company name, (2) complete contact information, (3) DUNS Number, (4) CAGE Code, (5) unit prices, (6) payment terms and discounts offered for prompt payment and (7) must include the required FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items (Feb 2009) of which copies can be obtained by downloading the document from www.arnet.gov/far.
