- Work category : MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF ROOFS, USAG LIVORNO SITE VISIT : The site visit will be held on 28 October 2010 at 9:30 hrs. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: GATE 27 (Depot Area). Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied entrance into the installation. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 20 October 2010 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitaiton number and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the installation. We inform you that our computer does not provide proof of your mail receipt. Therefore, to get confirmation please contact 050-548365.
