- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Greyhound Bus Lines, 350 N. St Paul, Dallas, TX 75201-4285, for charter services. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within one (1) calendar day of the date of this notice. The Government anticipates an award date on or about October 18, 2010. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
