- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, Bessey Ranger District and Bessey Nursery located in Halsey, NE is looking for a Contractor for Janitorial Services. This is a performance based service contract. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to clean the Bessey Ranger District and Bessey Nursery offices located at 40637 River Loop, Halsey, NE 69142. The offices consist of approximately 7600 square feet of floor area; approximately 5800 square feet is carpeted and approximately 1700 square feet is tile or linoleum. Service to be performed from January 2, 2011 through December 31, 2011 with a possibility of two option years. A Pre-Quote tour will occur on November 9, 2010 at 11:00am CST at the Bessey Offices. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet Agency or relevant industry performance standards and are reasonably priced. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business concern. NAICS Code of 561720, $16.5 Million. The Solicitation will be posted in the next couple of days.
