Description

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is interested in receiving RFI White Papers for the Sentient Enterprise Program. Three RFI's are being released in the following areas: RFI 1) User Interaction Technology, RFI 2) Self -Awareness and Self-Directing Algorithm Technology and RFI 3) Cognitive Processing for Automated System Processing and Cognitive Processing for Automated Data Analysis. This notice constitutes a RFI as contemplated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) for US domestic educational institutions and private industry. This announcement declares the NRO's intent to use industries' responses as an integral part of the Government's planning process. These RFI's can be found on the Sentient Enterprise homepage, accessible through the NRO's Acquisition Resource Center website located at http://arc.westfields.net. All applicable information necessary for the reader to submit a white paper will be available on the website. The RFI's are open to all capable and qualified private or public organizations. White papers are sought from US domestic educational institutions, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations and private industry. Responses to these RFI's will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract and are not considered offers. Except as otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available regarding this request.
