- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR GUTTER MAINTENANCE/REPLACEMENT. Information requested is for all labor including supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform maintenance and replacement of gutters in accordance with current industry safety standards. The contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract (NAICS Code 561790). We request all interested and qualified firms respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: (1) Name, Address, Phone, Fax, e-mail, DUNS number and Business Size (if Small Business, also list any applicable sub-classes i.e. 8(a), Hubzone, Service Disabled Veteran, etc). (2) A list of (not to exceed 5) gutter maintenance/replacement contracts or similar contracts your firm currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of relevant contracts should include the location, contract number, description, contract value, performance dates, and Government point of contact with phone number and e-mail address. Please limit your responses to 5 pages. This information must be e-mailed to the attention of Stephen D. Roane/Anke Taylor @ stephen.roane@afncr.af.mil AND anke.taylor@afncr.af.mil no later than 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time 26 October 2010. The solicitation will be issued on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation is currently not available. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation separately from the response to this sources sought notice. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
