- Request for Information--Human Resources Information System The NATO Training Mission/Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan (NTM-A/CSTC-A) has a requirement to develop one supportable, sustainable and user-friendly comprehensive human resources information management system for the Afghan National Security Forces and other Afghan Ministries. Please review the attached Request for Information (RFI) in its entiriety.
