- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary for miscellaneous repairs and cleaning in various U.S. District Court offices, Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated completion: within 90 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for Small Business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (<$31.0 million per year). The estimate price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or after November 5, 2010. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, including your company name, street mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and contact person, with reference to GS-09P-11-WK-C-0003, to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite 4300, Los Angeles, CA 90012 by mail, by faxing your request to 213-894-3473 or by email to 'annette.lakes@gsa.gov' no later than October 29, 2010. Site Visit: November 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are to meet at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, Suite 4300, located at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. Proposals due: November 18, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Cameras are not allowed on federal property. You are required to maintain an active registration in the Business Partner Network's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and submit a copy of your California State License Board certified copy with signatures.
