Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PSC51104 and it is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25 Million. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 01 Splunk Enterprise Upgrade Support, 1 year Coterm of Support for Splunk Enterprise 5GB/Day and Splunk PCI 5GB/day. Support is for 1 year. 11/17/2010 – 11/16/2011 CLIN 02 Splunk Enterprise Perpetual License Upgrade (2GB to 5 GB) All items are to be delivered FOB destination no later then 30 days after award Department of Health and Human Services/Federal Occupational Health, 915 Second Avenue, Room 3112 Jackson Federal Building Seattle, Washington 98174 UNITED STATES. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (Jun 2008), applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 is not applicable. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible lowest priced offeror that meets all of the technical requirements. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Please note: An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Jun 2010), applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Oct. 2010), applies to this acquisition.
