This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issuedas a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document andincorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FederalAcquisition Circular 2005-39 effective 19 Mar 2010 and DCN 20100324.Theassociated NAICS code is 336412. The contractor shall provide allsupplies FOB Origin. The government anticipates award of a firm fixedprice contract. The evaluation factors for this RFP are technicalcapability and price. The government intends to make award to theacceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated cost or price, which isdeemed responsible in accordance with the Federal AcquisitionRegulation, and whose proposal conforms to the solicitationrequirements. The Government intends to award one contract as a resultof this solicitation.
