The contract will consist of one 1-year base period, plus two 1-year option periods. A technical, as well as cost, evaluation will be conducted to make an award decision based on Lowest-Price/Technically Acceptable. A description of the technical submittal and subsequent evaluation can be found in Sections L and M of the Screening Information Request/Request for Offer (SIR/RFO). This requirement is 100% set-aside for competition among small businesses.
