Description: The Space and Missile Center (SMC), Space Development and Test Wing (SDTW), Kirtland AFB, New Mexico is holding an Industry Day to discuss plans for follow-on contract(s) to the Orbital-Suborbital small and medium space lift program (OSP-3). The primary objective of the OSP-3 program is to provide an enhanced capability and flexibility in the development of small and medium launch vehicles and launch services while providing an on-ramp for emerging capability. The OSP-3 program will utilize any combination of commercial and/or Government Furnished Property (GFP) motors to meet a variety of mission and payload requirements. The Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. We will hold a group general session from 8:00am to 11:00am to present overview information about the program. Contractors may request optional one-half hour breakout sessions, which will occur from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. between company and government representatives for this effort. The location for Industry Day is: Phillips Technology Institute Collaboration Center Building 1900 Kirtland AFB, New Mexico (Map Attached) Submit all inquiries or responses to this notice to the Contract Specialist, Anna Ferguson SDTW/PKN at anna.ferguson@kirtland.af.mil. RSVPs should include: name and title of all attendees, contact info for the POC, and whether attendees wish to schedule an individual breakout session between their company and the government. Thirty-minute time slots for interested attendees will be scheduled from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, so RSVPs should also mention any time constraints. Read-aheads will be sent a few days prior to Industry Day, only to parties that RSVP. The information contained herein is based on the best information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding on the Government. The Government will not recognize any costs associated with submission of information in response to this notice. Attendance by small and small disadvantaged business is encouraged. The applicable NAICS is 336414 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.
