- This is a competitive unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 444130, Hardware Stores, and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. Work consists of providing all personnel, supervision, and any items, equipment and services necessary to perform Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) operations at Whiteman AFB, MO. This will be a firm fixed price contract; Requirements Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of up to 9 months, with four 12-month option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 10 November 2010 on the FedBizOpps posting system at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify vendors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense (DoD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any contract.
