Description

DESCRIPTION: SPM7L111R0001, NSN: 2510-01-531-4474; WINDOW, VEHICULAR. PER APPROVED SOURCES OF SUPPLY BAE SYSTEMS LAND & ARMAMENTS, L.P. 80212 P/N 4265682. The solicitation will be available in the DLA DIBBS Website: https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of November 11, 2010. This is is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, but instead this is an unrestricted acquisition. The Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The approved source is: BAE SYSTEMS LAND & ARMAMENTS, L.P. (80212) P/N 4265682. The requirement is for a quantity of 400 EA to be delivered to Albany, Georgia within 120 days ADO. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation facts as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 9 & 26.
