- This sources sought announcement is for information and planning purposes only. The intent of this notice is to identify small businesses in all socioeconomic categories capable of assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the CoreStreet PIVMAN system used by the Department of Defense (DoD), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). It is anticipated that the NAICS code for the proposed procurement will be 511210 with a size standard of $25 million. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract and consist of a base period of nine months and two, one-year options. Tasking for this project is to maintain the CoreStreet PIVMAN system in support of DoD personnel in leased office space across the National Capital Region (NCR). The specific requirements for the implementation are as follows: a. 24x7 support for PIVMAN Client Software for 105 DAP Handhelds - maintenance and support of the software running on the DAP handheld devices. b. One Year DAP Care Classic - this is the hardware warranty support for the DAP handhelds devices. c. Attribute Registration Account - this is perpetual licensing for the software used to assign attributes to specific credentials housed in the IPL publisher. d. 24x7 support for Attribute Registration Account - maintenance and support of the software referenced in the previous line item. e. IPL Subscription (10,000 Users) - this is to extend the subscription for the IPL Publisher Hosting Services. The user population is 10,000 users and the subscription period is one year. A capability statement must be submitted via email as an attachment. Responses must clearly demonstrate capabilities through examples of previous and/or current system support contracts or experience closely related to the requested services. The information provided must be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow this office to determine the firm’s qualifications to perform the defined work.
