Q: Sources Sought Notice for the above requirement did not indicate what type of response that NGB would like. Please indicate whether you are expecting a 5 page response, etc. A: We would like to see a capabilities statement(s) against the PWS which reflects your company's understanding of the requirements. Past performance is of importance and resumes are required as well. There is no min or max for the required length of your submission. Q: Are you looking for price proposals at this time or just a statement of capabilities? A: Just the capabilities statement at this time. Q: Is there a preferred format for our Sources sought response? I assume you do not want us to draft our Response to proposal for the sources sought but rather a capabilities statement of some sort? A: No, there's no preferred format. We don't need a full proposal; just a capabilities statement.
