- RFQ SPECS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) located in Hammond, OR intends to acquire a custom boat trailer for R/V SAILFIN as per attached specifications. Entire Solicitation is attached. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 336999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The custom boat trailer must be FOB destination Hammond, OR, for delivery no later than Dec 13, 2010. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within ten (10) calendar days of its publication. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or remain lat maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov.
