Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Henry Troemner LLC. It has been determined that Exemption 4 of FAR 6.302, International Agreement, may be used to designate this procurement as a sole source requirement in support of the Foreign Military Sale Kuwait Air Force Metrology Branch. The requirement is for one (1) each of the following items: Weight Set, 5kg-1mg, Class E1, in a wood case P/N 7411-E1W; Weight Set, 50kg, Class OIML P/N 7505-E1W; Weight, 20kg, Class E1 in a plastic case P/N 7508-E1PW; Weight 10kg, Class E1 in a plastic case P/N 7509-E1PW; and Weight 1kg, Class E1 in a plastic case P/N 7513-E1PW. Any challenges to the sole source must be received in writing to the Government within 15 days of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
